Robert Hyrum Smith b1812 Renfrews Scotland

I was hoping somebody might be able to assist me with my search for my scottland relatives. I am looking for the father and mother of Robert Hyrum Smith. Robert Smith was born May 12, 1812 in Renfrews scottland. He married Catherine Clark in 1838. They had 4 children that I am aware of Robert, Daniel, Hyrum Joseph, and mary Catherine.
