Internet Explorer 8

Anyone who has upgraded to the Internet Explorer 8 Browser, will know that in between your browser's address bar and the "refresh" button, there now appears a "compatability mode" button. The icon's appearance is of a "broken" or "torn" page \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\. The purpose of this, as I understand it, is because some web-pages created for Internet Explorer 7 or earlier, will not display in IE8 as they were intended.

As far as I have observed so far, the only pages at Smith Chat that have been affected in IE8, are the Topic-threads pages. The Columns widths are displayed in different proportions than intended.

To correct this wehn viewing a Topic thread, click on the "compatability mode" button at the top of your browser.

It works!! Very Happy
