More voluntary Smith Chat Moderators are needed to help facilitate the continued building and success of these online resources/communications forums.

The basic necessary requirements are:
A genuine interest in genealogy and/or local history.
Enjoy chatting and sharing information with others.
Enjoy being part of a team in planning and sharing ideas for future improvements.
Generally able to log-in to Smith Chat and participate on at least 2 occasions over each week. (except, of course, for holiday periods and times of other personal commitments).

Anything else you can offer would be a bonus for our community: eg -:
other personal interests, knowledge and experiences
