| Thanks Carole. A bit of info on these hair children of mine. Bear was given to me as a get well present in 2005. He was a tiny black ball of mischief. He was 4 weeks old. At the time we had not named him until xmas that year we put the xmas tree up and he climbed it and sat on a branch and my husband named him Bear, he looked like a little black teddy bear. Sarah was a rescue job, my friend that gave me bear rescued Sarah from a house she was left at by people she knew. They moved to another city 5hrs away. They left her to starve to death. The only person she took to was my husband. I think he was big bad cat in a former life |

| aaaahh haa haa oh no!! he must have been a good cat, I'm sure!!
Thanks for sharing that tessob, and if you want to post any more images of them any time, please do, as Maxine is continuously building the collection on our Members' Pet Lovers Slideshow I think that as a kitten, your Bear probably looked like my Beccy as a kitten, and Beccy's kittens, born in 2005 - yes, like little black teddy bears!! pictures of them here >> my cats >>
Well thank heavens your friend managed to rescue Sarah, & so glad she arrived in good hands. My other cat Bob had been neglected as a kitten, and my daughter-in-law rescued him - about 6 years ago which is a long story, and she managed to get him into normality. (named Bob by my grandson, after "Bob the Builder!" - character in a childrens tv programme). I eventually adopted Bob 4 years ago and he's still very nervous of other people. He'll only come to me, and no-one else, to be held or stroked & cuddled. Unless I'm holding him, then he'll let someone else stroke him.
Bye for now
