This was written as I sat on the Jeddah quay next to the Beer and Bacon Butty wagon. Happy memories. I think it was just before the 2 men brought that very nice white coat out.
Sitting under the middle eastern sun.
As only the english do.
I look across the harbour.
Once more my thoughts with you.
The ships asleep at anchor.
Belay the work within.
The face relaxed in dreaming.
The mind commits the sin.

My family are like stars in the night sky of my life.
Always there at the end of the day.
The light of their love forever constant as the Northern star.
Safely guiding me home.
Dreams are the realities of tomorrow.
Everyone is in tune with the spirits of their ancestors. Unfortunately some are tone deaf.
