Play The Joker.

I am the joker.
I play the fool.
I make you laugh.
You play it cool.

I am the joker.
I play the clown.
I lift you up.
You put me down.

I am the joker.
I play no trick.
I’m just the lover.
You never pick.

I am the joker.
I play to keep.
A smile on my face.
Laugh as I weep.

I am the joker.
I play with great guile.
My love lies behind.
The eyes of a smile.

Hi again Daz,

Realised I never commented on this one before, and I think its great. Simple, brief, but flowing verses with a lot of thought behind the words, and tells a story that a lot of people will find meaningful, I'll bet.
