Royton, Oldham - SMITHs

Hello,

I'm Darren Smith - I've traced my Smith Ancestry back to c1780 in Royton but a new lead could mean that they actually came from the Broughton/Gargrave area of Yorkshire. I have varying amounts of info on the branches but any additional info is always welcome.
