| Good Morning,
It’s been a long week getting the Smith Forums updated to accommodate the switch to the new WWW.smithchat.com domain. As Carole noted in her e-mail announcing that the Smith Chat Forums have been re-enabled, there will be long-term benefits for the Smith Project community. A special thanks is extended to Carole for shepherding the completion of this upgrade.
As you can see, the beagles have been waiting. Beagle Log posts are in the works for next week.

Yes it is good to be back after all this time!
Christmas is nearly here! 
The dogs look very excited about something Don and one of them, a whitish one, reminds me of our Jack Russell that we had years ago. They are fine dogs anyway.

| Twice a year the Beagle Rescue League has a reunion of adopted pets. Normally 75 to a 100 beagles will gather in an enclosed area (approximately 30 yds x 40 yds in size).
In this picture, the person in the center (blue legs to the left of the chair) made the mistake of giving their beagle a treat. If there is the possibility of a snack, beagles rally. One of our beagles, Chessie, is in the lower left corner.
Gillian that could be a Jack Russell. The beagles allow representatives of other breeds to attend.
