| Good Morning,
My wife likes orchids and has several that she is nursing along. As long as I leave them alone they are relatively safe - I killed a couple when I've "helped".
Does anyone know the what type of orchids these are? I have no idea without asking my wife and that would be like asking for directions. (one-minute, for some reason photo takes a moment to load -its only 100kb)

Do you grow any special plants? _________________ Don |

| Don this is my special plant that I said was to be a surprise one day! I guess you are wondering what is so surprising? Well if you look hard you will see that it is a mandarine tree although the fruit is still greenish and well camouflaged. This is the first year it has born fruit so we are very excited. Of course it is in Spain. Like all citrus trees the fruit doesn't ripen until the second year, after a second lot of blossom followed by more green fruit! This means the tree carries two years fruit at one time. We hope to have our first harvest next year. The tre leans to one side because of the prevailing winter wind. Your wife's orchid is magnificent but I have no idea what it might be called. Cheers Gillian _________________ ''What will survive of us is love.'' Philip Larkin |

| Gillian, I see at least three oranges. Yes, this is an interesting plant. The only orange trees I'm familiar with are the big trees and then only to pick a few fresh oranges. It looks like it is about 4 ft tall. Enjoy your fist harvest.

| Hi Don! There are in fact at least twenty mandarines on the tree but they are hidden away! Gillian _________________ ''What will survive of us is love.'' Philip Larkin |
