| Good Morning.
November 11th is Vetern's Day in the US (formerly known as Armistice Day was originally set as a US legal holiday to honor the end of World I).
One of the most visited landmarks in Washington DC is the Vietnam Memorial (click on link for more info). Since its completion in 1982 millions of vets have visited “The Wall”. It has become a focal point on Veteran’s Day Veteran’s Day. Below is a recent photo of a portion of the memorial.

I served a year in Vietnam in the late 60's. Below is a photo from many years ago - another lifetime.

| Greetings Don! Yes even from my perspective Vietnam does seem a long time ago. All wars bring tragedy in their wake don't they? I have just written a piece on the Memorials board. Gillian _________________ ''What will survive of us is love.'' Philip Larkin |
