Hello to all Smith Chat members and guests,

A similar announcement has also been included above in the Smith Chat banner display: From 11.30pm GMT tonight, Friday 25th January, for one week, until Friday 1st February 2008: the Smith Chat Forums will be will be on limited access for administrators' time-out.

Members are able to browse the Forums, but not able to post. So keep browsing and then please call back next Friday for posting. However, you are able to login and use the "private messages" facility during this time, but Admin & Moderators won't be available to answer queries until after Friday 1st February.

Guests also able to browse but there will be no facility for registration of new members whilst the Forums are in limited access mode. So, if this applies to you - please call back on Friday and register at that time & then please tell us about your interests ck-wink

Two of our members' birthdays occur during this next week. These are
Frank's on the 30th January and alansmith's on the 1st February.
Both of them having reached a very special age - so many happy birthday wishes to Frank and Alan. Other members whose birthdays have occurred during January should find messages have already been posted for them this month on our Social Club's Coffee-break Chit-Chat board.
