PostSubject: Maxines week off   Thu 12 Jun 2008 - 13:11

I have just had a week off the forum and we where going to go on a last minute holiday but.. Poor Rocky our dog ended up at the vets and had three teeth out on the monday. we still might have gone but I took him back on Tuesday as he was bleeding very badly and he eventually stopped on the Saturday. I spent the whole week wiping the poor dogs chin everytime he move. We have had blood all over the house. I would think that I had cleaned it up to find some that I had missed. I had him back to the vets on Thursday and she could not understand why he was still bleeding. I have had dobermans of over 20 years and I informed her that it is the breed, as they do not clott very well. Now hes following me around more than ever. Hes feeling much better now, more like his old self.

I didn't know you were at home Maxine. What a pity you missed out on your holiday but the weather was quite good at home wasn't it? Poor dog! I'm glad he is feeling better now. Gillian
